TEC provided project and construction management services to plan, manage, and monitor the design, construction, and start-up of California Adventure. TEC was primarily responsible for project supervision and daily management of material testing and inspection, as well as on-site supervision of construction.

The Walt Disney Company embarked on the company's largest expansion in Southern California in more than 40 years. They completed the $1.4B expansion in 2002. In addition to the Disneyland Resort, Disney was responsible for managing more than $500M in public works projects for upgrading local streets and utilities, and parking structures.
