The underlying purpose of the Expo Phase 2 project is to provide high-capacity transit service on the Westside of Los Angeles to Santa Monica, extending the mobility benefits of the Expo Phase 1 project beyond its planned terminus in Culver City.

TEC is providing the following professional services to the Design/Build contractor.
