We perform building condition assessments of 1,154 County-owned and County-maintained facilities (24.1 million square feet of building space) and to further develop the web-based SAM database􀂶s assessment survey and reporting tools.

This phase included the former 500,000 square-foot Martin Luther King Multi-Service Ambulatory Care Center and additional building condition assessments of 371 previously undocumented structures and 4.226 million square feet of surface parking lots. We also performed additional building condition analysis to develop building disposition strategies to further guide capital planning and management of County building assets.
